Nicky Slish is an East Nashville based songwriter that writes songs that amuse him or are just on his mind. His influences are mostly drawn from guys named John, like Hartford, Prine, Cash, Denver, and Crapper. His songs are not meant to do anything other than be what they are. He’s lucky to have the friends that support him on and off stage and although that is a revolving door, they’re all great humans.
